Facilitated by Cara Bethel

Cara is a BCRPA SFL-certified fitness instructor with 25+ years of experience teaching everything from Aquafit, cardio kickbox, step, Zumba, muscle conditioning, HIIT, and spin. She started instructing while achieving her BScKin from SFU, and then taught fitness classes internationally as a Club Med fitness instructor upon gradating. She then worked in recreation management roles at Mount Royal University, the YMCA Robert Lee, and SFU. After achieving her M.Ed in Health Education at SFU, Cara now works full-time as a Learning Consultant at Fraser Health and teaches two fitness classes a week for the City of Port Coquitlam.

BCRPA Registered Fitness Leaders are eligible to receive 1.0 CECs upon completion of this course.
