ActivAge™ Course participation and online quiz

Terms and Conditions

1. I am the person whose name appears on the registration of the course.
2. I am the person authorized by the BCRPA as having qualified to participate in the ActivAge™ training.
3. I understand that impersonating another individual is identity fraud and is a violation of the Criminal Code of Canada.
4. I am participating in the ActivAge™ online training for the sole purpose of offering ActivAge™ classes in designated communities.
5. I understand that during the pilot phase of the project, the ActivAge™ curriculum and exam content are to be kept confidential and are not to be utilized, adapted or altered without authorization.
6. I understand that the ActivAge™ online quiz is a requirement for completion of the ActivAge™ program training.
7. I understand that only course participants who have fully completed the course material are eligible to attempt the online quiz.
8. I understand that the completion of the ActivAge™ training and quiz does not guarantee employment as an ActivAge™ Fitness Leader.
9. I understand that proof of course completion and a pass of 90% on the quiz are required to obtain BCRPA continuing education credits.
10. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain and maintain a current BCRPA registration.
