Facilitated by Gina Allen
Gina is a BCRPA Group fitness instructor who has been certified since 1980. She specializes in group fitness, older adult, yoga, and fitness for Equestrian athletes. Gina is an Equine Canada competition coach specialist, author of “Equifitness: An Exercise Guide to Become a Better Rider,” and a vocalist of her Variety Band Topazz. She graduated from Capilano College, attended Simon Fraser University, became a trainer of trainers, and taught the fitness instructors course. Gina’s passion for teaching and helping people grow is infectious. She loves to teach and help others feel good about themselves!
