Step up your food game without crossing the line! Influence with Integrity is your fast-track guide to coaching nutrition habits the right way — fully in your lane, fully trusted. Discover how to leverage Health Canada’s top tools, decode labels and food products, and empower your clients to make smart choices — all while staying true to your professional integrity and scope.
As fitness professionals, your clients trust you for guidance — but when it comes to food and nutrition, knowing where your coaching lane ends is just as important as the advice you give.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use Health Canada’s trusted food and nutrition tools — including the latest version of Canada’s Food Guide, practical label-reading tips, meal planning supports, and budget-friendly recipe resources — to help clients build lifelong healthy habits without straying outside your professional scope.
We’ll also break down how to spot the difference between everyday foods, natural health products, and regulated supplements, using Health Canada’s essential guide How to Tell the Different Types of Foods and Health Products Apart.
This is critical for protecting your practice, avoiding unintended liability, and empowering clients to make informed choices safely.
