Exploring the Roots of Values-Based Leadership

Julie and Kaeli will lead delegates through an interactive and reflective session to help uncover and understand yourself, your biases, and how privilege comes into play. They will then provide some examples of how to cultivate safe and brave spaces for youth to thrive while taking into consideration biases and privilege.
