Julie and Kaeli lead an interactive and reflective session to help uncover and understand yourself, your biases, and how privilege comes into play. They provide some examples of how to cultivate safe and brave spaces for youth to thrive while taking into consideration biases and privilege. You will also receive a handout with different activities they can use to deepen understanding of IDEA in their organizations, services, and communities.
