Learn skills when interacting with older adults to help them know “success”, understanding the benefits for them to “keep moving” and fit. Teaching skills to instructors, to understand the differences between “doing” and “teaching”. As instructors, we are “Life Coaches”, ‘Teachers’ of the benefits of movement and how it affects our health. Learn skills to make the class a social and fun event with their interaction, so they will want to participate in fitness and socialize with others.

BCRPA Registered Fitness Leaders are eligible to receive 0.5 CECs upon completion of this course.
