When we lay on the Block we ‘panini press’ our soft tissue for fascia release, penetrating deeper than softer devices. Fascia can become dense and unyielding in our body, causing decreased blood flow and flexibility, respectively. Like well-worn ruts on a road, once they’ve been laid, it is really hard to change them. Increased tightness in the soft tissue of hips and pelvis affect everything up the chain, particularly the low back.
In this session, you will learn a unique method of remediating one of the most common and difficult-to-treat causes of low back pain to help your clients move beyond their sticking points into a new range, for a new challenge.
