This workshop is for the Personal Trainer wanting to expand their offerings and the Aqua Fitness Instructor looking to individualize their workouts.
There are many advantages to training clients in the water versus on land: it is difficult to fall in the water and harder to injure yourself, you won’t have many high-impact exercises so it is easy on joints, there is less chance of DOMS, you don’t need much or any expensive equipment, and there are also lots of options for a workout program! If you are looking to take your personal training to the next level, or you are working with people with balance issues, arthritis, MS, etc, then this is the workshop for you.
What is included in this workshop?
This workshop includes a manual, assignment and two videos to help the fitness professional design great ideas for their personal training clients and fitness classes.
BCRPA Registered Fitness Leaders are eligible to receive 6 CEC upon completion of this course.
