Pathways to Belonging is designed for professionals at all stages of their IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) journey. This certification program deepens reflection, builds confidence, and reinforces IDEA-aligned practices across the recreation, parks and physical activity sector.
