Help clients move past pain with science & skill blend movement rehab with pain neuroscience education in a psychologically informed way. Learn to effectively listen, communicate and connect with clients to help them build their path back to wellness using critical aligment yoga therapy.
Learning Objectives:
- Design meaningful programs for each individual with the awareness of living with pain.
- Guide clients through basic somatic tracking exercises to help calm their nervous system.

Always passionate about movement, Amber began studying pain science in 2016 while living with back pain herself (even though she had been teaching Yoga 4 Backs for almost a decade prior). Starting with a Kin degree in 97, she practised and taught yoga, raced Skeleton, became a mom to 2 girls, and learned first hand how exhausting living with back pain is. Now blending pain neuroscience education with not only yoga therapy, but also natural movement fitness, from a psychologically informed viewpoint. Amber works with persistent pain as well as neurological issues like Parkinson’s.
